Shipping Policy

All shipping is FREE for orders over $50 and $5 for orders under $50.

All products will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified. Usually orders will ship the same or next business day. You will be notified via e-mail if there is any delay beyond this timeframe. You are always invited to contact us regarding the progress of a custom order, availability of merchandise, or with any questions that you may have concerning our products and services.

Returns/Exchanges

Naturally, it is our goal to leave each customer absolutely satisfied. We hope that you will contact us with any concerns, requests, or suggestions that you may have concerning a product at info@archivergifts.com. We will make every effort to address your needs so that you may be pleased with your purchase. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days and the merchandise must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Custom merchandise may not be returned, but any defect in materials or workmanship will be corrected, or replaced. There is a 10% restocking fee deducted for all returns. Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
